The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

“A Bill to amend and reenact §21A-10-11 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing WorkForce West Virginia to obtain information regarding employment classifications and work locations from employers; clarifying that the financial information required by the reports described by §21A-10-11 include all remunerations above and below the threshold wage as described by §21A-1A-28”
